As Outside Counsel

• We have had responsibility for well over one hundred mergers, acquisitions or divestitures representing over one billion dollars in aggregate deal value and with a combined total of well over 30 years of direct experience on both the buy side and sell side.
• We have worked with hundreds of clients across dozens of industries covering countless deals, matters and disputes ranging in value from the very small to those measured in the hundreds of millions of dollars in value or exposure.  We have built and managed teams to deliver results that met clients’ goals, timing and budgets.

As IP Counsel

• We established the pre-eminent IP position in the world for supercritical carbon dioxide energy systems and helped lead Echogen Power Systems to being recognized in 2011 by the Wall Street Journal through its national “Wall Street Journal Technology Innovation Award” program.
• We have managed large and small IP estates for public and private companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar multi-nationals, running enforcement, licensing, procurement, training and risk management programs.
